About Me
I’m Nora Igelnik, a journalist and recent graduate of The Ohio State University, where I earned degrees in journalism and public management, leadership and policy, with a minor in media production and analysis. I am passionate about storytelling, civic engagement and using media to inform and connect communities. My experience includes internships at the Cleveland Jewish News, WOSU Public Media, Ideastream Public Media, The Lantern, Cleveland Foundation (Canalway Partners) and Transitions Online in Prague. During Autumn 2025, I studied abroad at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic and interned at Transitions Online, a media organization with an international audience covering politics, life and culture in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe. I am currently a reporting intern at The Columbus Dispatch, where I cover local news and continue building my experience in accountability and community journalism.
