About Me
I’m Nora Igelnik, a fourth-year student at The Ohio State University studying journalism and public management, leadership and policy, with a minor in media production and analysis. I am passionate about storytelling, civic engagement and using media to inform and connect communities.
My experience includes internships at the Cleveland Jewish News, WOSU Public Media, Ideastream Public Media and the Cleveland Foundation (Canalway Partners). During my junior year, I served as campus editor for The Lantern, OSU’s independent student newspaper, where I led a team of reporters, managed daily and weekly content and contributed to breaking news — most of which was political in nature.
Currently, I am studying abroad in Prague through Charles University and interning at Transitions Online, a media organization with an international audience focusing on politics, life and culture in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe.
