About Me
I’m Nora Igelnik, a fourth-year student at The Ohio State University studying journalism and public management, leadership and policy, with a minor in media production and analysis. I am passionate about storytelling, civic engagement and using media to inform and connect communities.
My experience includes internships at the Cleveland Jewish News, WOSU Public Media and Ideastream Public Media. During my junior year, I served as campus editor for The Lantern, OSU’s independent student newspaper, where I led a team of reporters, managed daily and weekly content and contributed to breaking news — most of which was political in nature.
Currently, I am a Cleveland Foundation intern placed with Canalway Partners, where I conduct archival research and support the organization’s online communications. I’m especially interested in the intersections of journalism, history and public service.
